What nonprofit material would you add to a traditional business associations course? Prof. Miriam Cherry

Dear Nonprofit Law Teachers,

I have set aside a two-hour class period to discuss non-profit law (inadequate, I realize, but a start). I'm writing to inquire about what materials you might suggest assigning for such a purpose. I do like interactive exercises (although difficult to be interactive with 100+ students) so any ideas there will also be appreciated.
