Nonprofit hospitals hike rates in anticipation of health bill restrictions.

Hospitals are concerned about the impact on their budgets of a provision inserted by Sen. Grassley in the Senate health care bill that would require nonprofit hospitals to charge uninsured patients no more than the lowest charge to their insured patients.
